Nyotaimori, often referred to "body sushi", is the serving of sushi or sashimi on the naked body. Nyotaimori is considered as a form of Japanese art and this service costs rather expensive.
Before becoming a living sushi platter, the model (usually woman) is trained to lye down and not moving for many hours. She must also be able to withstand the prolonged exposure to the cold food. Before the service, the model is supposed to take a bath with non-fragrance soap and finished it off with a splash of cold water to cool the body down for the sushi.
